BLUE HAVEN POOLS & SPAS

Horrible experience.Seemed like every one was confused or did not care.Here is one example as there were too many to list, the water fall crew came to install my waterfall only to find out the cement pad which the fall is built on was never done.
My salesman bob(who is a nice guy) put my swim out on the wrong side,raised bond beam on the wrong side not to mention the spa which should have been on the opposite side of my pool.He needed to consider the sun when laying out the pool.I deferred to the salesman as i did not know what I was doing.My advice is to do your homework before you have a pool installed.I have spoken to many of my neighbors and they tell me most if not all of the pool companies act like blue haven.

Blue Haven Pools & Spas did come when they said they would and the price and professionalism was OK. However, the work quality was not good and the responsiveness is non-existent. This job was done earlier this summer and already there is a big crack in it. It is supposed to last 20 years. There follow-up is terrible. We can't get them to come and repair it.

Our greatest complaint is their destruction of our driveway from leaking trucks, hitting rock walls and disregard of brand new landscaping. We paid $2000 extra for a darker color for the pool. They came to do the color and had run out of blue and were going to use black dye without consulting us. My husband happened to catch this so they came back the next day with blue but failed to do the darker color we had paid for. The pool is the light color that all pools are and they refuse to reimburse us for our premium color, or for the destroyed driveway. They will not return phone calls or direct you to someone in charge. I would highly recomend the patio people (KC contractors) who were recommended by them, however I would highly discourage anyone from using Blue Haven, they do not do what they promise and try to short change you.

THEY WERE SATISFACTORY. THEY GAVE ME A POOL, AND I'M SATISFIED. IT'S HARD IF YOU'VE EVER HAD A POOL INSTALLED. IT ALL HAS TO DO WITH WEATHER AND TIMING. WHENEVER THE WEATHER WAS FAVORABLE, THEY WERE HERE. WE MET OUR QUOTA FOR OUR TIME SPAN FOR IT TO BE BUILT SO WE COULD GO SWIMMING. EVERYTHING WAS MET.
