FLINT'S GARAGE

Our vehicle was towed to them, the nearest repair garage, by our insurance company because it wouldn't start on Thursday, October 20th.  Rather than at least diagnosing the problem and scheduling a repair, we were told it would be "at least next week" until they could even LOOK at the vehicle.  When they did, they ran a diagnostic, which they said revealed nothing, and we were told that sometimes that happens and a diagnostic won't be able to show the problem "until it happens again."  So, we drove our vehicle away, $90 lighter, spending a whole weekend without a vehicle, (when we made it clear that it would be a major inconvenience to be without a vehicle for a weekend, because one spouse works away from the home.) 

Three days later, the vehicle again wouldn't start.  We are now having it towed, at OUR expense, to a different garage.  We will update this report, but our feeling is that this was NOT "nothing," and also, perhaps a fuel pump, and easier to diagnose that they have led us to believe.  We are not pleased with the service, or the turnaround, or the communication we received from this shop.
