This service was easy to communicate with. He was prompt. His work matched the service done. The job was complex and on an old house so the work needed was not conventional.

Bob was not only knowledgeable but went out of his way to get my roof issue fixed. While it is too soon to know if it is fixed for good the current signs are good.

To early to tell. Just hired them and haven't had any snow to plow yet. They were prompt (5 stars) about contacting me and providing a contract for the season. Prices were average for the area.

Bob repaired our screened porch, which Involved rebuilding a wall, and installing a floor and door. His attention to detail and professionalism are second to none. An excellent job!

I don't understand the good ratings here. I hired Bob back in March 2019 to install 3 new windows and repair 2. He sent me an invoice, I paid for the 3 new windows upfront and the windows came in in April. Well, now they are still sitting at the store (now July) and he has not returning my calls or emails. So,then he finally returns my call weeks later and gives me a bunch of excuses, so I give him another chance and set up a date for him to come. Well, no show, no call!!! Unfortunately he misunderstood my kindness for weakness. So, I have picked up the windows and am now looking for another contractor. This guy has nothing but lame excuses and this is not someone I would recommend to ANYONE. This is not how you do business with people. Stay away from this contractor.

We were so pleased with the quality of Bobs work and how promptly he completed it. After Bob and his helper installed the first 6 fence panels, we realized that we needed/wanted 2 additional panels. Bob came right back and within a couple of days the job was completed and it looks great! We actually already hired him for another project and plan to recommend him to others.

Bob also replaced cracked panes in my antique windows. He and his partner, Mark, did a super job! Here's why I like Bob and would hire him again: - He shows up. This is HUGE, as nobody else did, even when they said they would. - He listens and offers suggestions, and is willing to do his best to accommodate the customer's ideas/needs. - He is busy, but he tries to work in the customer's time requirements as best he can (this was critical for us) - He does great work at a great price! My only thing is that a bit of extra cleanup is needed after he finishes. Not a big deal! If you need remodeling or repair work done, contact Enhance Handyman Services. Work was good, started and finished when he said he would. Only minor problem was a Lillie lack of cleanup at the end- a couple paint dribbles, dust from sanding. Otherwise, very good.

Bob was excellent both personally and professionally. He answered me straight away, came to see the Job, understood the technical challenges that presented. He made appropriate engineering drawings and explained them and made sure I understood them. When the job was done, he was proven absolutely correct. Because of a change of mind/opinion by home owner, he came back and quoted and added what we required (even though way more difficult that had it been done at initial time of install). Throughout Bob and his guys were absolutely the best.

Their customer service is outstanding. They were prompt, responsive and reliable.

Bob was professional and thorough and we are very pleased with several projects he did around our house.
