Since completing your project back in 2014, (three years already? Time flies!), we have already addressed the smoking concern. We are very proud of our crew and their professionalism. We are always pleased to hear when our customers see that as well. We do not use Sub crews however, so we are a little confused on that comment, we have a separate gutter crew than our roofing crew,so maybe there lies the confusion. We want the whole process of getting a new roof to be worry free and to let our customers know that we are always there for them in the future for all their home improvement needs. "We do apologize for the noise you endured while your neighbor was having a roof replacement completed by our company. The neighbors on either side, nor the homeowner themselves, did not complain of excessive noise. We do display a company sign on the property we work on. Our phone numbers are on the sign and we really wish you would have taken the time to contact us regarding excessive noise to have given us a chance to respond to your complaint rather than after the fact. Our crew is very approachable and would have listened to your concerns had you approached them. Roof replacements are a noisy process/project. However, we do apologize for any inconvenience it may have caused you."

"We are sorry you feel our price was too high. We are usually right in the middle but the value is in our quality. I would of gladly reviewed ours and any other estimates you received but you declined. Through experience we have found that when we are considerably higher on our estimate vs. others that there is usually a good reason. There are many contractors who are cheaper and so is there quality of work. Simply using the same materials does not equate to the same quality and has very little to do with craftsmanship. You requested your estimate to include the overhangs to be built out. I have reviewed your estimate and deducted the $8000 and find it almost impossible to have done the work correctly with the same materials & craftsmanship that we offer. We do not begrudge anyone saving themselves money and are happy you were able to do so. I hope the work is up to your satisfaction and we regret that you feel our pricing is too high. We offer to match any price with the same scope of work and materials and will continue to do so. As always we appreciate the feedback."
