leaving it in your mailbox tonight!"  He hung up on me again.  Following that conversation I typed a letter to Paul Reamsnyder and hand delivered it to what I thought was going to be his business address.  WHEN I ARRIVED AT THE ADDRESS, IT WAS NOT A GARAGE WITH A FLEET OF TRUCKS BUT HIS PERSONAL RESIDENCE with only one small truck in the driveway NOT was was shown in his ad or his website.  I rang the bell and he came to the door and I gave him the letter indicating my concerns and cancellation of the contract.  HE HAS REFUSED to return any money and as a result I incurred the cost of having to hire another snow removal company.  Paul Reamsnyder misrepresented his company; he took the cash deposit I gave him for the contract and did not provide the services mutually agreed between us; HE STATED HE HAD SNOW SHOVELING CREWS which he did not.  He is dishonest and ripped me off and most likely ripped off others in the Cheektowaga New York area.

UPDATE: Mr. Reamsnyder of Spectrum Landsdcape and SnowPlow was dishonest from the beginning.  It is FACT that he said he could view property fromj Google Earth....it is FACT that he said he could "see his crew working" on Google Earth and it is FACT that he did not show up for services as agreed -- when he became aware that he was caught in a lie about how big of a crew he had and all this malarky about "his big crew" he became verbally abusive, combative, screaming how he was going to cancel my contact and has fabricated a story that I allegedly told him I had three4 (3) plow men before him.  That is not true.  Anyone can take a ride past his business address at 861 Beach Road in Cheektowaga NY 14225 AND will see for themselves there is no "fleet of trucks"  "no garage" and he couldn't produce the  "shoveling crew" he bragged about having -- so his  anger is due to being caught in lies.  Prior to Spectrum  Landscape he was in business as "Dreamscapes" and "Landscape WatchDog"  I should have checked all this out prior to contracting with him but I was in a bind because my origjnal plow man ran into equipment trouble and had to cancel a host of his customers.    So based on (a) taking downpayment for contract (b) not showing up to do the work (c) telling customers he has "satellite view with Google Earth" and then lying about the amount of employees he has in his business -- the facts speak for themselves.

I would highly recommend this company for this service.  I contracted at the last minute and they have provided the plowing service as contracted for.  They are prompt and reliable and this is not easy to find.
