I ordered a book shelf that went over the desk and one of the shelves was cut about 4 inches too short. I also ordered the boot rack and the bolts that come with it were stripped. I sent the boot rack back and of course since I had opened the package to put it together, the package was now "damaged" because it was opened. That is where they get you, because the package was opened they will not refund my money. I sent it back ups at my cost and they would not refund me. I spoke with their second in command someone named "Josh" and he was arrogant and rude. The president was named :"Jeff" was unavailable, of course. Their website looks nice but that is about it. Its a trick that traps customers. Never buy from them!
