Very good company did great job.....

The project involved plumbing and carpentry. They removed the old shower and built up to fit the new shower. FANTASTIC SKILLS! They had everything they needed, were friendly, efficient, and neat. This is my 2nd install with BathFitters and I cannot recommend them enough! If I had another bath, I'd hire them again ;-)

well we had joey and dylan to install our walk in shower on 10/04/2022 and they were really great. they loved my dog and also dylan everytime he had to go out the door to get something and came back in he had to pet my dog buffy and wanted to take him home with him but that was not going to happen so i would reccomend this company to anybody great job well done. and friendly peopel

Professionalism from installer Todd was awesome Answered all questions, made sure rugs were layed so not to track anything in, cleaned as he went along. We are very happy with our installs. Definitely recommend

The replacement of our old bathtub with a new walk-in shower was a great decision, and having Bath Fitter of Buffalo was the way to go! The work was done in an efficient manner, workmanship was superior, and there was a minimum of mess and disruption, and the installer worked neatly, was informative in explaining each step of the project, and was very considerat. I would definitely recommend Bath Fitter to anyone considering a similar project.

Chuck was on time, completed the tub to shower change with no mess. Everything picked up . Was pleasant and very helpful. He also has been vaccinated for Covid. This is something that is important to me. I certainly would give him 5 stars.

Bath Fitters (Dylan and Andy) did an amazing job transforming our bathroom. We went from the standard tub and old plastic tile to an amazing walk in shower with beautiful patterned walls, raindrop glass doors and wainscoting on the other walls. They even hung our towel racks for us and a new shower head. It looks AMAZING. Their workmanship really shows. We will be enjoying our new bathroom for years to come. Had our bathroom renovation today. So very happy with the end result! Our installer, Rob, was excellent! He arrived on time and completed the job in one day! Easy to work with.

I wanted to love my Bath Fitter shower, but after three months of use, I do not. It is just OK. The shower was installed over a ceramic shower - ceramic floor, walls, and ceiling. The process is that adhesive strips are placed on the ceramic walls and the acrylic panels stuck to the strips, but after three months, the panels are pulling away from the adhesive strips in three places. You can see the wall bulge, if you press against the wall you feel it stick to the strips, but then it separates again. If a few sections are pulling away after just three months, I am concerned about the long term integrity of the shower, because after that it is just the silicone caulk that is holding it together. If the walls move, how long will the joints be water-tight? The floor also moves under your feet, especially after the hot water has run for a few moments. You can feel the floor surface sink under your heel. Also, the drain is not the low spot on the floor. Some water pools next to the drain, and needs to be squeegee-ed down the drain. It is an inconvenience but after spending almost $10,000 I want all the water to go down the drain on its own. The shower looks great, and I went with Bath Fitter because I wanted a nice, new, worry-free shower for a house I intend to live in for many years. Instead, seeing what is happening with the walls after three months, I worry about it every day and look to see if there is water coming through the ceiling on the first floor. I wanted to love it but today it is just OK.

Our installer, Dylan, arrived on time and after introducing himself got right to work installing our new walk-in shower. He worked quickly and efficiently making it obvious that he knew exactly what he was doing. A major part of his job including ripping out our old tub/shower unit. Again, he did this quickly and efficiently. He finished the entire job in just short of nine hours which included a very thorough clean up and explanation of the various features, cleaning procedures and warranty information. Should the need ever arise, I will have no problem contacting Bath Fitter and asking for Dylan as our installer.

They arrived at the time they told us. Very organized, and went right to work. I love the lifetime warranty and that it can be transferred to the next owner.

Terry and Garret were wonderful. Our "old home" gave them some extra fixes and they solved the problems. The bathroom looks great and we are very happy. Thank you.

The installer Mike and Dan arrived on time and began work right away. They were professional and courteous, every question I asked about the process was answered to satisfaction. When the work was complete they did a thorough clean up of the area. I am very grateful for the beautiful job they did. This isn't our first time with Bath Fitters we've had two other bathrooms done before and each was beautiful. I will gladly recommend Bath Fitters to any one who inquires about them.

My shower was technically fine, but included seams that i knew would eventually be an issue so I decided to have Bath Fitters give me an estimate after seeing them at the Erie County Fair, where they were offering a discount. They quoted a very reasonable price. Installation of my shower started at 8am and was completed by 1pm. The installer was friendly, courteous, and professional, and gave me excellent details and instructions for after the install. The shower looks fantastic and includes all the shelving I need. I am so happy with it and will recommend Bath Fitter to anyone.

Nice job and product price was slightly above others but customer service was outstanding. Found out after job was finished wife diagnosed with cancer needed an additional grab bar put in bathfitter came out the next day and put in the bar at no cost who does that these days we were completely blown away thank you bathfitter

I don t think it should have cost 9000 to instal a stand up shower I think it was way to high
