We needed the company to come to our house and look at the second floor for a full renovation. Attempted to contact the company 3 times before finally reaching someone who I assume was a secretary. She transferred me to someone who could schedule an estimate. My job does not allow me the freedom to come and go as I please, so I asked the contractor if he could do the estimate in the evening. He said that he could not, that during the day was a must. Moreover, he could only come on a couple of days during the week I requested. To accommodate him, I chose a 4:00 pm time on a date he recommended. I took the requisite time off work to meet him for the estimate and arrived early. The contractor never showed up. Since I providing him my contact information, one might expect an E-mail, or a phone call ahead of the appointment explaining a scheduling problem, but I received neither. I didn't receive an apology or an offer to reschedule after the fact either. So in essence, I received nothing and only lost two hours of work for it. Goutremout Brothers lost this potential customer.
