IT'S AN OWNER-OPERATED BUSINESS SO THE OWNER DOES ALL THE WORK. I PULLED UP WITH THE FILE CABINET AND I SAID, "VANCE CAN YOU REFINISH THIS?" HE SAID THAT HE COULD AND THE CABINET WAS FINISHED THREE WEEKS LATER. IT LOOKS GOOD.
