Water Heater Service
They came on Sunday and said it wouldn't be a big job, they could probably do it in an hour. They said to call on Monday, and let them know when we were heading up there. We told them we were going to be there around 900 or 930. We called again about 1100, and they said they didn't know when they could get out there, and might not get it done in 1 day. They finally came about 200PM to take the pump out and after much force on our part did bring it back around 500PM. We had to travel 2.5 hours to meet them for this repair, and it was necessary to complete same day since we don't live there. The entire office staff was very friendly and easy to work with, except for the 1 man who was coming to our house.
