It went well..Merle, the owner of Massena Chimney, stayed in contact to update us when inclement weather prevented him from completing the job....as soon as the weather cleared, the work was completed...no surprises..no problems...

My husband and I had been looking for someone to take a look at our chimney, which wasn't drawing and needed some attention--cleaning etc... We had asked around and had a name ofone other person in our area who did this but we never got a call back from them so I was happy to find Massena Chimney listed on Angie's List. Merle returned our call the same day and was able to come out the next day. He was friendly, professional,competent and knowledgable. My husband and I were very impressed with him and would recommend him enthusiastically.

Removed cap and screen from chimney, cleaned chimney and cap and replaced cap. Inspected second chimney.
