Rocco Ciero, head of Rok Constuction, came to check out my chimney which was leaking into my living room. He came right way and fixed the masonry and brickwork. After several heavy rains ? no leaks!
I mentioned that I wanted to spruce up the yard. He came up with several creative suggestions to deal with slope issues. I had no idea it would be possible to successfully improve the curb appeal by adding a few low walls and then grading and planting along the top of the walls. I said I liked stone steps and suddenly there were 3 sets of random stone steps artfully added into the slope as if they had always been there! (my family and I love running up and down!)
Then I mentioned that I wanted a new front door. Rok sent me to his supplier (who turned out to have the best price) and my new door looks great and works GREAT!
I asked Rok to do an informal inspection of my home and he pointed out several places that needed repair and was able to do that, too.
Besides his hard work and creativity, Rok recognizes the importance of communication (texts and cell) and clean-up. Rok?s workmen are always courteous and neat.
My dream of a screened in porch and a new deck, and maybe a new kitchen are in the design phase and I?ll be so glad to have Rok Construction back.
