Vinny is very knowledgeable and his staff was very thorough and diligent. Overall was very good experience: cleaning, servicing and closing the pool was a breeze!

I heard Gunite Pools of Westchester was rated number 1 pool service this year. There is a good reason for that. They are fabulous.Attitude, Knowedge, service and cost are all excellent.

The crew at Gunite Pools is phenominal. They have been taking care of my pool since 2008. Always prompt. Excellent track record and service is exceptional. I trust no one else with my pool. Over the years we have replaced filter pump and heater and always reasonable and top quality

What a great group of polite, professional, hard working employees. They clean and service my pool every week during the season without fail. It's such a relief to know the pool is completely taken care of no matter what comes up. The owner, Vinnie, is so knowledgable and kind, after all these years I can honestly say he's like family. You will be very pleased if you use this company.

Our pool was not opened for 6 years, we didn't know what to expect and needless to say with the horror stories we heard about pool companies we were terrified!!! Vinny and his crew removed leaves, fungus and even trees that were growing in the pool. They did an amazing job for us, they got the pool looking crystal clear and amazing in no time. Best of all, Vinny, Rachael and all the workers are the nicest people to deal with. Every single worker who has come to our house is respectful, professional and extremely knowledgeable. In a short amount of time, Vinny has treated us like we were old friends and has been fair in all respects. We feel extremely lucky to have found them.

I rarely take the time to write a review, expect I want people to know how wonderful Vinny and his team have been to work with. They have made my life much easier by preforming the necessary maintenance in the most professional and affordable manner. I can control my spa from my phone or computer, which really works out great since I am always on the go. I cannot thank Vinny enough.

Excellent!  I could not be happier.  Vinnie and his team were friendly, professional, prompt, reliable, reasonable and an overall pleasure to work with.  After my experience with the last pool company, working with Gunite Pools of Westchester was a breath of fresh air.  I love this company!  We had a fantastic pool season and I look forward to using them again next year.  You will not be disappointed.

I was really nervous when my gunite pool kept losing water. We called so many people to fix it, but no one could pinpoint the issue or solve the problem. A friend recommended Gunite Pools of Westchester, so I decided to give them a try. I am so grateful that I did. Vinnie, the owner, promptly arrived at our estimate appointment, and was able to diagnose the issues by taking underwater pictures. He provided us with a very reasonable estimate and was willing to guarantee all of his work. Essentially he had to perform "surgery" on our pool to fix the crack. I call him our pool doctor! Vinnie was on site every day, and it is clear that he and his team takes great pride in their work. If I could describe them in one word, it would be: Perfectionists.

His team of workers were all friendly, hard working and highly skilled. They often worked late to complete the task on time. The workers respected our home and property, and cleaned up after themselves every day. They always kept us up to date on progress. Vinnie also has really great office staff, who were also courteous and always reachable.  
 
The company is a family owned business (for over 40 years!). Although they are swimming pool and spa experts, their masonry and landscaping work is also incredible.
 
I can't wait for the summer so our whole family can come over to enjoy our newly renovated pool.  After seeing their finished product, I can highly recommend Vinnie and his team to everyone!

Everything was absolutely amazing from start to finish. The employees are nice and knowlegeable. They are a very clean company. I have two dogs and they made sure everything was picked up so the dogs couldn't hurt themselves. The owner of the company, Groppa, came to the jobsite every day and answered any questions and went over the status of their progess with me. Their office staff is always friendly and courteous, they get me where I need to go quickly and professionaly. Its a family owned business and I would highly recommend using them!

We bought a house with a very old pool and hot tub that needed extensive work and it also Was not in conformance with current building codes. Vincent Groppa the proprietor, helped us understand the work before we bought the house so that we fully understood the costs involved beforehand. Once the job was started, the owner was on there every day. His employees were very friendly and professional and worked very hard to get the job done and to open the pool before Memorial Day. To that end, they often worked late. Vincent is a perfectionist who made sure every facet of our pool was done perfectly, including daily care And cleaning during the first few weeks to ensure the new plaster was set perfectly. They also helped us with our masonry and Lanscapping needs. I also renovated the house and he helped me with some interior stone work plus as a bonus, he provided construction and design ideas. On a personal note, his office staff was terrific and his workers respected our property and our privacy. Gunite pools is a multigenerational family business so they take great pride in serving the community for the last 40 years. We were given great recommendations prior to hiring Gunite pools and as they exceeded my expectations, I would add my name strong recommendation and support for them. My friends and family have been enjoying our wonderful pool and spa.

It's been going great. I wanna give them the best remarks ever. The company has been great. Great employees and very friendly. The owner takes pride in his work and I would almost consider him a perfectionist. They keep us up to date on progress. They are experts in masonry and pools and everything looks excellent.
