We couldn't be happier with these guys.  They were extremely professional, courteous and highly skilled at their work.
Usually you'd be lucky to find a contractor that "goes the extra mile".  I'd say they went and extra 10 miles.
From the planning stages, revisions of plans through the completion of the final details, they did everything right.
Richard and Joe were very helpful with planning and trying to contain costs, (more about budget later).  They started and finished the job pretty much exactly on schedule. 
Joe and his crew, (his two sons and a close friend), were actually pleasant to have around.  They knew exactly what they were doing, and did a great job.  When they were done I told them "I wish I could afford to keep you guys around full time!  There is a bathroom upstairs that needs renovating, then we can finish the basement!"  (Dream on -- no money left).
As far as budget -- If you are considering redoing your kitchen, there is a lot to think about.  Woodbury Kitchens worked with us on the budget and I felt their prices were reasonable.  The problem becomes - the items that are not included in contractor's price.  You need to budget for lots of materials that you might not consider, (lighting, flooring, appliances, counter tops and the list goes on and on).  Also, they did such a great job, we kept adding items, (example:  Our new tile floor looked so good we decided to continue it into the hallway, and then into the bathroom).
It was evident they all take pride in their work.  It was very clear with Joe in particular that he wanted everything to be absolutely perfect.
I highly recommend this company, (and have done already to friends and family).
