This company failed to finish my home. There are numerous lawsuits against. Even though the house wasn't finished I was told by my lawyer that it was okay to close on the house. As soon as this company got the money from the close of the house they stopped working on the job and never finished my home; both my lawyer and Schoonmaker basically left me hanging. I would never recommend Schoonmaker Homes to anyone.

THIS IS NOT A SCHOONMAKER HOMES PROJECT. We purchased the company's assets in 2009 after the company went out of business. contacted us about his home and we explained this to him. His attorney confirmed our position and informed him that we are not party to his claim. He obviously is upset, however, he is lashing out at the wrong party. We wish him the best and ask that he direct his displeasure to appropriate parties.

THEY WORK REALLY HARD, ARE VERY RELIABLE AND I HAVE NEVER HAD A PROBLEM WITH THEIR SERVICES. THEY WORK TO SATISFY THE CUSTOMER AND THEY DID EVERYTHING THAT WE ASKED OF THEM.
