Outstanding Results Painting

Juan and his team are great. I have tried other painters in the past and the quality and efficiency is just not the same. The customer service is also excellent, I was booked quickly and it was easy to communicate needs. I highly recommend this team.

I cannot say enough about Ken and his team. Ken was very reliable, responsive, honest, kind, and genuine. I wanted to redo my home for many years, and he made this process seamless. He was able to answer many of my questions with an honest and fair response. His team’s attention to detail and kindness is truly appreciated. The process of remodeling your home could be very strenuous however, he and his team did a great job with tidying up after themselves and staying in constant communication. There were several times throughout the process where I had changed my mind or had a question or wanted to add additional work and their response was always kind and very informative. I would recommend him hands-down for any job that I do in the future or anyone who would like a good and honest work to be done to their home , thank you very much for making me love my home again!

Outstanding Results is true to their name - absolutely outstanding. Ken was terrific when he visited our house to review the work we needed. He even noticed some of the small things that I had overlooked. Kathryn and Daniele helped with the contract and paint selections efficiently. Juan, Jesus, Michael and the rest of the on-site painting crew were fantastic. They were efficient, neat and very respectful of our home. The whole job was completed, on time and within budget. I HIGHLY recommend them!

Frankly, if you want outstanding results: go with Outstanding Results. The team was professional, proficient, on time, diligent, and cleaned up after each day's work. It was a three day project. A special thank you to Juan and Kathryn for responding to my needs.

They are very professional, always on time &do quality work. Very good at clean up after the job is completed as well.

Do not do it!!! He abandoned the job and left my house a wreck. My daughter's room was left with paint all over her rugs,closet door and bed frame(I have pictures). I still have the pictures. I had to hire someone else and to top it off he took me to court. Don't believe me I can show you the court documentations. Don't do it.

I highly recommend outstanding results and Ken. Ken and his team did an amazingly beautiful job painting the entire inside of my home. They went above and beyond the call of duty..every hole and crack was filled in and fixed before painting, the prep work was outstanding. Great attention to detail / workmanship, very professional, extremely trustworthy and meticulously clean. Ken truly cares about the quality of his work and making sure his customers are completely satisfied and extremely happy. He is a rare find and an all around great guy. I would definitely use Outstanding Results again and highly recommend for all painting projects.

The quality of their painting was so terrible that we terminated with them after about a week. 

The team did not perform the necessary prep work of filling in nail holes and patching before they over sprayed everything.  I expected the house to be rolled and brush painted, not sprayed like a commercial job.  But even the spraying was of such bad quality because they did not take the time to prep beforehand, sand in between coats, wait for the paint to dry sufficiently before a second coat, etc. 

They sprayed my window with them closed so many of them are painted shut and the paint cracks when you force the windows open.  Even more disastrous, when you open the windows, all of them show about an inch of unpainted area because they painted them with them shut.  There are tons of paint drip marks as well from their over spraying. 

In terms of ceilings and walls, there are tons of air holes, divots, and excess paint spots.  The quality of their work is terrible, terrible, terrible. 

To make matters even worse, Ken, the owner, asked us to pay 80% of the total bill when they had only done about 20% of the work!  I'm afraid we will need to resolve this one in court.

We took about 200 pictures documenting all the problems with their painting work.  Please feel free to contact me if you are considering this service provider and I would be happy to share them.

The work was just fabulous. I was really happy with the result. They are going to come back and paint my bedrooms next year.

The job was poorly done, and the floor was chipping and peeling within a couple months.  They did not strip it properly, and it has just been a mess. I contacted them, but they said it was out of warranty. The warranty was within a year, but they refused and said I would need to pay to have them come back out. I would never use them again!
