They happened to be replacing my neighbor's skylight and I spoke to them. They acknowledged that they received my messages and stated they would have the guys check out my skylight when they were down. PS they never stopped over. When I decided to replace my skylight i had called them and never received a call back. After speaking with my neighbor that used them, she stated they their price was the lowest. I tried calling again. This time they called back. They came to check out the skylight and was late. HE stated he would need to same back and measure the skylight opening inside my house and needed a different leader and would come back later that day. PS I called them at 4 and asked why there were and was told they were just headed to pick up the ladder and if he came that day he would be after 7. I told him to come back monday. Over the weekend I decided to use another company nad called them Monday AM and explained that I hired somebody else and not to come. THEY STILL SHOWED Up. The company is very knowledgeable about roofing and really know their business. Their customer service just sucks.

I have used Frank Stevens & Sons Roofing Inc a few times and I am always satisfied with their work.

Everything was done in a professional manner by a very experienced team. Frank, the owner, has about 50 years in the business and his two foremen have about 20 years each. Most of the time, there was a work group of about 6 or 7 handling the job and they worked hard and functioned well together. We had gotten 6 quotes, all from well-respected companies and the Stevens quote was the second lowest, by just a bit. Since the Stevens firm has done extensive work for our local school district, we felt most comfortable with them.
