Scott was very prompt, responsive and knowledgeable. He offered a variety of options, and was willing to modify the in order to better meet our budget. He was very willing to explain and share information without using any fear tactics, which was well appreciated. I also greatly appreciated that he was willing to work within our schedule, given our move in date, especially during a busy time for him. He indicated that he would do whatever was needed to solve our problem in time for us to move in. I trusted him and would highly recommend them for any remediation or environmental issues.
Description of Work: Scott provided mold remediation services on our (new) hold house that we discovered, after closing, had serious mold issues.

Scott was very good in detail of work to be done and was here when he said he would be and spent the time doing the work ,, smell is gone we are happey so far with results
Description of Work: Had musty smelll in master bedroom ,, Scott looked in attic and found mold due to improper bath vent install and asked us to get vents fixed before he did his work
