They were on time, polite and professional. It would have taken months to do what they did in a day. Anything they had questions about they brought to me to see if it was something I wanted to keep. People need to remember that the contents of a house is not worth a lot of money unless you had collectables or antiques. Knowing the house is empty and we can fix it up to sell is a weight off of my shoulders. I will most likely use them again when we down size our house.

I have never met an auctioneer ( and I interviewed several) who was so honest and had such integrity.
