siding
 + -1 moreThe manufacturer of the siding, Royal Siding sent out a representative to look at my siding because I tried to have the manufacturer's warranty cover the issues we are having. The representative said that each panel requires 5 nails per panel and Kelvin only used two. Kelvin also did not leave enough room for contraction and expansion of the siding that can happen due to weather changes. I am out the money I had to pay Kelvin on top of the money I had to spend to have another contractor come out to totally redo his work. Kelvin was also very demanding in how he received his money, he insisted on us giving him cash for all of his work and I am not very comfortable having to walk around with that large a sum of money. I am out an additional $9000 because I had another contractor do the work properly.
Description of Work: I have used Kelvin Gibson fora siding job and he has consistently did a horribly poor job installing the siding on our home. Originally we spent $2000 for his labor and we purchased $5500 worth of material that he messed up so bad that it couldn't be used by the contractor that came in to fix the mess he caused. So the $5500 in material I spent was a total waste, just like my entire experience with Quick Service Handyman.

 + 0 moreOne nice thing he did was that he brought a poinsettia to give my mother at Christmas time. He took care of us and is a nice guy.
Description of Work: They did vinyl siding and replaced windows on my house.
