Generally people are receptive, they were willing to assist customer.

That was done in October of 2015.  They had to send people out here twice.  The second time they sent two different people.  The ones that came out the second time seemed to know what they were doing.  They did respond even though it took them a long time.  I don't know what the issue was but they brought the door and the hardware then they had to take the door back and it was like the other time they came they were late, first time they came they were late.  They should have made sure they had everything ready and correct for installation and they should keep until the time frame window and give the customer a time frame window of two hours so if you're not going to be in that two hours you should call the customer.  I'm the one who had to do the calling.  I called like two or three times. 

My experience with them was very good, from dealing with the gentleman in the store, setting the appointments up and the knowledge of the carpet we wanted, the knowledge of his job, to get everything rolling. From start to finish, everybody involved was very professional.
