Eddie's appliances repair

Awesome! I left a VM on a Sunday and he returned my call in an hour! That alone earned him points. He stopped by the next morning and knew what the problem was immediately. He and Rafael expertly took apart the freezer section and had the correct tools to resolve the ice buildup that was causing the leak. They were done in less than a half hour. Prompt, courteous, and professional; a rare triple crown in home service these days. I could not recommend them any higher.

This is the second time I have called Eddie for an appliance repair. He is prompt, courteous, reasonably priced, and extremely professional. His knowledge of appliances is top notch. I have recommended him to others and they were extremely satisfied with his work. I highly recommend him for all your appliance needs.

Eddie responded to my voicemail less than hour after I left it on a Saturday. Set up a service call for Monday morning and he asked for the serial number of the machine to be certain he had the parts necessary. He called before arrival to confirm appointment. Explained in detail possible problems with the pump and also checked the machine for other leaks or problems. He was extremely courteous, professional and knowledgeable. I would highly recommend him as well as use his services in the future. Top of the line service with reasonable pricing. Don’t see this often today!

AMAZING!!! Eddie returned my call and was able to come the next day. He was here for less than 10 minutes and was able to diagnose and fix the problem! All the positive reviews he has on multiple sites are very true, he is the best!!!

This is a continuation of yesterday's review. I noticed my refrigerator was still leaking last night and texted Mr. Pinto in the early evening. He responded within 15 minutes and even though he was fully booked today fit me in before his first appointment. True to his word, he was here on time and identified a different area that was leaking. In both instances Mr. Pinto took the time to show me where the damage was and explained what was causing the leaks (I actually had two separate leaks). I was impressed with Mr. Pinto yesterday but today I am even more impressed. Even though they were two separate leaks, Mr. Pinto refused to charge me for today's visit. Here is a man who stands behind his and takes pride in his work.

I received several quotes and chose Mr. Pinto based on the reviews I read here. They were all 100% dead on. We had water all over the floor so we couldn't wait very long to get serviced. Mr. Pinto made room in his schedule to see us immediately. He arrived right on time. Diagnosed the problem and fixed it all at a reasonable price. He backed up his work with a 3 month warranty. The job went great. I called Eddie and he came the next day. Analyze the situation and ordered the parts. The parts came in in approximately 1 week. He installed them on a the following Saturday. Everything works better than new. I would recommend him to my family.

Eddie replied to my request quickly. It was easy to schedule him. He gave me a 1 hour window and arrived exactly on time. He repaired the problem quickly. He had the required part on hand. He offered some advice on other repairs I could easily perform myself. One of the smoothest repair jobs I've ever had. He was really fantastic.

The Ice and the water dispenser stopped working on my Refrigerator. I gave Eddie a call and he got back to me quickly. He came to see the very next day and was able to fix the fridge on the spot!! It was a control board and he had it on his truck. Very impressed and very satisfied with his service. Highly recommend Eddie!!

after explaining the problem to Eddy he suggested that the repair might not be worth doing and that I might consider buying a new machine!! Very honest advice and I wound up buying a new one. I would definitely  recommend such an honest person. ommend

We found Eddie on Angie's list and he came down that same morning as promised on the phone. He was professional in all aspects and got the Dryer working in about an hour. We will certainly use him again!

Eddie came the day after we called, and patiently waited to hear the noise. Replaced a bad fan. Explained the problem should be fixed, but there may be another faulty part involved. He said he would replace that part with no additional labor, if it was required. Then he throughly vacuumed the area. He was friendly and knowledgeable. The Freezer has been quiet since he left. I am very happy.

Eddie arrived on-time and with proper identification making our meet and greet effortless. He was polite and professional from start to finish. Eddie told be what to expect, make sure to keep me informed and did a great job offering me alternatives to consider with no pressure. I only paid for an evaluation and got so much more. He came and checked out the fridge, but didn't find anything wrong. He didn't even charge me the whole service cost because he did not find an issue.I called him the next day when I heard some noise and when he came back to check again. I've never seen anyone in my life so honest.  He was very prompt, he came as promised. He was EXTREMELY knowledgeable, very polite and honest more than I could have ever asked for! I will be referring him to my neighbors.
