COUNTRY WIDE FENCE & RAILINGS

Country Wide Fence & Railings did substandard work at my house, and I paid in full in the amount of $950.00. I spoke to Frank the owner and he agreed to come back within two weeks and did not keep his promise. This surprises me since he admitted he didn’t feel good about his work and said he shouldn’t have left his guys alone unsupervised. Frank also admitted that his guys cut the posts wrong and rather than replace them they installed them, I have two different size gates. He also did not put a locking bar on the second gate, so it is constantly blows open. This is not what I expected from a professional. Also, at the time my wife told him the work looked poorly and he led her to believe this was what we agreed upon. Frank also intimidated her to pay since I was out of the country, she had no choice but to pay him and let me handle this mess upon my return. I tried reaching out multiple times to Frank and he kept promising he would come and fix his poor work. Frank never showed up. This situation could have easily been resolved if he came back to fix his poor workmanship, but instead he chose to rip me off.
