I've been using Biagio for years, and Rob is without a doubt, the most professional, productive, and attentive plumber I have ever had the pleasure to know. From the onset of any job or emergency I have ever contacted Rob for, he has responded in a timely, effective, and caring manner to all my concerns that immediately alleviates my worries. Yesterday I woke up to one of my hot water pipes leaking all over the basement. Rob responded right away, and not only was he there quickly, but assessed the issue and thoughtfully calculated a strategy to prevent this from happening again. His prices are extremely competitive, and he is a consummate professional through and through. He walks you through every job, explains the different options (if there are any), and gives you his recommendations based on his wealth of knowledge from his many years out in the field. I would recommend Rob and Biagio for any and all plumbing needs without hesitation.

The owner gave fair prices, demonstrated a thorough understanding of the home’s pipes and heating system, used quality parts, did not jack up the price in the middle of the job, and was always available for questions. He is licensed and insured. He is reliable and honest.

Rob Beck of Biagio Plumbing lives locally and was wonderfully available and responsive. He had our daughter’s gas stove and her fridge hooked up and ready to use less than two weeks after demo began so that she could cook while she waited for her counters and other finishes. He also came back to reverse her new front load washer and dryer when we realized the doors banged into each other. Rob also installed a utility sink in the basement. We cannot say enough nice things about Rob. He was understanding when the dryer hose we’d bought turned out to be defective, and he took the initiative to hook up our daughter’s fridge while we hurried out to exchange it. Then he patiently moved the machines out from the wall a second time and squeezed into the tight space behind them in the tiny laundry area. We look forward to working with Rob again when our daughter remodels her bathrooms, and it is reassuring that he is nearby whenever she has a plumbing problem.

Rob has been there for me when I had several pinhole leaks. One was behind the wall which was especially tough, but he managed to repair it. One time, he had to come back to repair the original leak, but he came back with no complaints and always great service. I've called on Rob the past 5 times, and each time was very positive. He is very easy to talk to. Very professional, prompt and no bs.
