Overall it went extremely well. He helped us design our second floor which was a difficult dormered attic. He really helped us turn it into a beautiful second floor with built-in bookshelves and artistic nooks. While we knew what we wanted to do, Charles made it a reality. He was very easy going and easy to work with. He added flair where it was needed, in terms of things like a window bench and bookshelves. He did not nickle and dime us on changes, small additions and modifications. He is honest and fair and his workers were very neat and responsible. All in all a very positive remodeling experience.
