CRANBROOK CHIMNEY SWEEPS

I called Mike from Cranbrook Chimney Sweep and set an appointment for Saturday January 26. Mike said he would be there between 11:00am and 12:00pm and called me to tell me he was on his way. He arrive at 11:45 and cleaned my Chimney. Then he came in and cleaned the pipe from the stove to the chimney. My rain cap was old and it was not well constructed. I asked Mike if he could get me a new cap, and he said yes. Mike gave me a price of $250 for the cap (all stainless Steel) and returned a few days later and installed the cap. The draw on my wood burning stove has been greatly improved. Mike does a great job and I recommend Cranbrook Chimney.

I received a call with estimated arrival time. They arrived on time, but could have done a little better sweeping up the soot that scattered in the laundry room.
