Everything was excellent! They are very helpful for "do-it-yourselfers". They will lone you the tools to do the project and explain how, or install it for you.

They are wonderful and they are fantastic. They are phenomenal. I've been with them for like 20 years. They go over and above the call of duty. I can call them on something and they'll say to not worry and they'll come over. They are just great. They are very fair because I've worked with them for years. They are terrific. They are honest, perfect and very fair.

I just had carpet, laminate and hardwood installed by Your Floor Store and it was a very enjoyable experience. From the start of the sale with the Sales Designer who helped us with colors and floor choices, and then the owner Rich came to our home for the measurements and went over everything with us before the installation. Then the finishing touch were his incredible installers that left our home looking beautiful. I would highly recommend Your Floor Store for a very proffesional experience.

We had numerous contractors come in for estimates and Rich was by far the most thorough and honest. We had originally intended to go with hardwood but he persuaded us to go with the less expensive laminate as it would hold up better with our two dogs and with our high traffic areas.
We liked being able to visit the showroom and pick out the samples we liked. Rich allowed us to bring them home with us and even do some durability tests on them (i.e dropped heavy dog toys on them, wife walked on the samples with heels, etc).
I would highly recommend Your Floor Store to anyone needing flooring done. We will be going back to them when we put carpet in our basement!

THEY WERE WONDERFUL BECAUSE SOMEONE CAME BEFORE THEM AND DID THE JOB WRONG. THEY CAME AND PULLED ALL THAT UP AND DID IT RIGHT. I WOULD RECOMMEND THEM TO ANYONE.
