The whole job went extremely well. They were timely and responsive and the finished product was excellent.

I have had work done by them before. They were great. I went in to the store and I told them the project that I wanted to do. They have tons and tons of samples. They showed me all types of floors, colors, brands and all that. They even come out for free to measure even before you say you even want the work done. They even come in and measure and give you an idea than before we think it out this is what is going to cost you. They also keep it in a file so that when we you are ready to go ahead with the project and they just not even push you at all.

Everything was excellent! They are very helpful for "do-it-yourselfers". They will lone you the tools to do the project and explain how, or install it for you.

They are wonderful and they are fantastic. They are phenomenal. I've been with them for like 20 years. They go over and above the call of duty. I can call them on something and they'll say to not worry and they'll come over. They are just great. They are very fair because I've worked with them for years. They are terrific. They are honest, perfect and very fair.

The man was very nice but didn't have samples or prices. He said he was going to make a floor plan and we would have to come to the store to order. The store was about 25 miles from us and we didn't feel like going.

I couldn't be happier with the service and quality of the work done by this company. From the front office, to the measurement, to the installation, everything was flawless.

Just had beautiful Hunter Douglas window treatments installed by Your Floor Store; what a wonderful job. From the beginning to the end it couldn't have been easier. I will absolutely use Your Floor Store again.

I just had carpet, laminate and hardwood installed by Your Floor Store and it was a very enjoyable experience. From the start of the sale with the Sales Designer who helped us with colors and floor choices, and then the owner Rich came to our home for the measurements and went over everything with us before the installation. Then the finishing touch were his incredible installers that left our home looking beautiful. I would highly recommend Your Floor Store for a very proffesional experience.

We had numerous contractors come in for estimates and Rich was by far the most thorough and honest. We had originally intended to go with hardwood but he persuaded us to go with the less expensive laminate as it would hold up better with our two dogs and with our high traffic areas.
We liked being able to visit the showroom and pick out the samples we liked. Rich allowed us to bring them home with us and even do some durability tests on them (i.e dropped heavy dog toys on them, wife walked on the samples with heels, etc).
I would highly recommend Your Floor Store to anyone needing flooring done. We will be going back to them when we put carpet in our basement!

I told him no I did not. He then asked me where did I purchase it. I asked him why he needed to know that to tell me if he repaired floating floors? He gave no reason and just repeated the same question. I told him the type of floor it was (name brand), figuring this he would need to know but he again asked where I purchased it and seeing I would not tell him, said he did not repair floating wood floors.

THEY WERE WONDERFUL BECAUSE SOMEONE CAME BEFORE THEM AND DID THE JOB WRONG. THEY CAME AND PULLED ALL THAT UP AND DID IT RIGHT. I WOULD RECOMMEND THEM TO ANYONE.

I HAVE USED THIS COMPANY ONE OTHER TIME AND THE SERVICE PROVIDED BY THEM HAS BEEN EXCELLENT. THEY ARE HELPFUL AND RESPOND QUICKLY TO ANYTHING EXTRA I WANTED.

THE PEOPLE AT 'THE FLOOR STORE' WERE BOTH FRIENDLY AND KNOWLEDGEABLE. THE SALESMANSHIP AND CRAFTSMANSHIP OF ALL WHO ARE INVOLVED WITH THIS STORE MADE IT A PLEASURE TO DO BUSINESS WITH THEM. AS ADVERTISED THE OWNER WAS ON SIGHT TO CONFIRM THAT THE JOB WAS DONE TO OUR SATISFACTION.
