Hired them a month ago for the job, knowing I would need it reinstalled. Spoke to them 1 week ago and told them bottom rail was broken and would need a new one. They said no worries they will bring one extra incase the old one is unusable extra cost of 45$. I had no issue at with this. Job was set for May 4th at 2-3pm, spoke to the office that same morning to confirm and they said yes see you then. Nobody shows up at all and no phone call saying they are late or not coming at all. I call the office Today May 5th and ask what happened why didn't anyone come or even call, spoke to Jackie in office, she had no idea that the job wasn't done or that nobody showed up. Told me to hold on, came back and said they were very sorry and they guy will be here this afternoon, again i said ok and with the extra bottom rail, I was told YES. Crew shows up and the worker tells me they dont have any bottom rails for this job that they were never told they needed it. I call the office again, and the manager said that the install manager is on the way to the job to see what need to get done. 5 min later they call the workers and tell them to leave they will have to do the job next week some time. Not even a call to me at all, I call the office speak to Jackie and am told that they don't have the type of bottom rail I need so i will have to wait. Again no managers want to speak to me at all. This is a real crappy way to do business, DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!! They don't care at all. Told Jackie I want my money back and that i will never use them again. Take heed before calling these crooks!

The installation was OK but follow up with problems was poor.

I felt a little misled by the salesperson, who initially said the company likes to keep projects no more than 2-3 weeks out. I was impressed! Fence companies are known to take a while to install fences. When I eventually signed the contract and placed the deposit, the salesperson said they were 4-5 weeks out. OK—that sounds more like it, I thought. About a week later the Victorian Fence office called to schedule the installation for 6 weeks in the future. That was a little disappointing but still seemed within a normal range for fence companies. After waiting those 6 weeks, Victorian called late the day before the scheduled installation to say they couldn’t do it because they didn’t get the wood in. That was disappointing! They said they’d call the next day with an update, but after waiting several days, I had to call. The woman on the phone offered one explanation, that customers were complaining about their new wood fences being “wet” (which I think means waterlogged?), and then the owner called back and said there was just a shortage—the shipments weren’t coming in from the supplier. He was very nice and explained the situation as best he could. He seemed very above board. He also said they would call with an update. A week later after no updates, I called him, and the fence was installed the next day without any problems. What’s also weird is that twice I asked about having additional fencing installed, because our neighbors wanted 10 feet and a gate to match ours. I left a message with the salesperson and talked to the owner about it, but nothing happened. I understand if an existing order can’t be changed, or if there’s not enough product to install extra, but we were trying to spend more money! At least follow up on a request we made twice. We are happy with our new cedar fence, but I can’t say I’d recommend others use this company.

They put the wrong posts in (not heavy duty) so they had to pour cement into them to provide more support. When they went to install the gates, one was higher than the other, so they had to be remade. Because of the fact that the wrong posts were installed, we asked for wheels to be put on the bottom of the gates when they were remade for added support. The new gates were delivered without wheels which had to be delivered. The installers weren't sure how to attach the wheels. My husband became the project manager and supervised the installation of the wheels. We asked several times during the process to speak to the owner or a supervisor, and we never got a response. We communicated with girls in the office.

The workers arrived early in the morning and set to work immediately. Some of the post holes they had to dig were through concrete or lots of rocks. They were very organized and finished a 1 and 1/2 day job all in one day. They also cleaned up all debris including all the old fencing before they left. The new fencing looks beautiful.

It's refreshing to know there is a company out there who keeps up with their guarantee/warrantee .This is the company to hire. I had a PVC/chain link fence installed in 2014. One year later I noticed the fence was fading and white streaks began to leach through the "clay" coloring. The following year it was worse and by 2017, it looked horrible. There was also an arch in the top rail of the fence which never looked right. May 2017, I contacted Victorian Fence and inquired about their color fading guarantee and was told the owner would be in contact. He called me the same day and made an appt to come and look at the fence. Upon arrival, he acknowledged the discoloring and warping of the top rail of the fence. He promised me he would rectify the problem. He said he would contact the manufacturer and get back to me. Well, long story short, the manufacturer eventually came and inspected the fence and deemed it defective. October 2017, my old fence (100 ') was removed and new installed as promised with no charge to me. I highly recommend Victorian fence and would like to thank Joe, the owner for keeping his word. If you are looking to have a fence installed this is the place to go! My husband & I did allot research, received many estimates & honestly there is no need to look any further. Victorian Fence is the real deal! The price was competitive, but most of all the service was impeccable & we couldn’t be happier with our choice. Joe & his team care & pay close attention to detail...Not many companies would & just do the job. It is more than just a job at Victorian Fence, they show pride in their work & they are very professional. To top it off we received a follow up call after the job was complete, above & beyond if you ask me. I would recommend & refer anyone to Victorian Fence, they are 5 star for sure!

Amazing. One of the best companies I’ve ever hired. Pricing was less than most companies and the quality of their workmanship was superb. Everything came out wonderful. Awesome customer service too, they kept me informed of exactly when they would be arriving, how long it would take, as well as followed up with me about how everything went, etc. Definitely going to use again!

Work was done well and fence looks good. You are informed that they are not responsible for any inground sprinkler damage. However we simply asked to be told if they sever or break any lines or heads. The workers broke 2 heads and severed one line completely. I called and told the office and no one ever called me back. Have used them before and was very happy. Had a different manager this time and was not pleased with how they handled this.

The old fence was removed and the new fence installed in one day. When they were through it was as if the new fence had always been there. All debris was removed and the property was left in immaculate condition. I would highly recommend Victorian Fence.

Victorian Fence, I highly recommend. All items I had concerns with, I reviewed with Patrick before the installation. On installation day, went over the project with the foreman and things went very smoothly. The work was top grade and clean up was taken care of including the removal of the old fence and related materials. The cost was in the same ballpark as the other companies I looked at. The installation process, the fence does not come in sections and is built on site. This gives the advantage for the fence to following the grade and giving the middle sections the angle flexibility of staying “vertical strait”. Installation time was as stated, completed in 1 day.
