Everything was handled up front. If Ted couldn't do it, he called in plumbers, electricians, etc. Ted is an old school perfectionist! He took his time to make sure everything worked properly and if it didn't, he redid it until he was pleased with it. He was also extremely neat in his work, and cleaned up every day. There was never a mess around. I would highly recommend him to do any kind of work. He is an all around master of his work! Overall, we were sad to see the job completed! He was a joy to work with. I feel wonderful every time I step into my two new baths.

TED LORENZEN DID EXCELLENT JOB, GOOD QUALITY WORK. THEY WERE VERY RELIABLE. WHAT HE TOLD ME HE WAS GOING TO DO IS EXACTLY WHAT HE DID. THIS QUALITY IS HARD TO FIND IN A CARPENTER.
