Nichols Design Studios

I started my research on Angie's list for local home staging company.  I called a local company named "Nichols Design studios" company.  The owner, Andrea recommended that we meet at our home.  Our pre-consultation lasted about one hour.  Andrea was patient as she listened to our needs and our budget.  She immediately made many suggestions to help stage our home.  At the consultation, Andrea was at our home for about 2 hours taking pictures and making suggestions.  In about a week and half, Andrea delivered a detailed furniture arrangements, suggested websites to purchase items with current prices to help stage my home.  I took many of the current prices to help stage my home.  I took many of the ideas and suggestions with my current financial situation and implemented them in my home.  One of the main suggestions was to "declutter" my home to help the home seem larger.  When we finally called the realtor, we were ready to put the house on the market.  We received an offer within the first 2 weeks and we are now awaiting to go into contract.
    Hiring Andrea Nichols Designs studios was great decision to get my house SOLD!  She did a wonderful job getting our house to sell quickly during the current home market in Suffolk county, Long Island, NY.
