National Custom Renovations

Michael and his 2 workers came around 7:45 am, showed me samples, and got right to work. Michael Catapano, the owner of this firm left several times to get materials, and his professional workers continued to work diligently even though he was not always present. They knew exactly what they had to do and they did it.
These workers, and Michael were very friendly and answered all my questions as I watched them work. At specific points in the work, they presented me with choices and helped me to make decisions. They had a very short break for lunch and that was it. Around 6:30 pm they finally finished for the day. As they worked during the day, they cleaned up. At the end of the day, everything was neat, clean, and my co-op unit looked like it was brand new.
After everyone had left, I noticed that the silicone that they put around and under the sink was still along the edge of the sink. It was clear color, and you did not notice it until you came to use the sink. I called Michael, and he said he'd be over in 10 minutes to fix it. He was here in 10 minutes and removed the excess silicone that had oozed out as the sink set.
The professional demeanor, the care for my house, and the quality of the materials along with the installation, and the very reasonable cost, have made me extremely happy with Michael Catapano, his working staff, and results of the work of his firm.
I will definitely use him again, and have already started to recommend him to my neighbors. Thank you to you Michael and your workers!

overall my experience was a complete pleasure, they were always on time and the job was finished to schedule i was very please with this company and i will reccomended them to all my family and friends. i will also use them again in the near future.
