Manny was absolutely perfect. A great job for a great price. Perfectly cooperative. He even returned weeks later to check on the job. Everything was neat and clean. He was very helpful and accurate in picking colors. The floor looks absolutely gorgeous. Everyone who sees it comments on how beautiful it looks. House is now for rent. Agent is Rich Ulrich at 631-588-8821. I am usually tough on contractors but with Manny he is so nice to deal with and did a great job I am pleased to give him the highest rating I could possibly give.

I called Manuel and he came out the same day to give me an estimate. He showed up with another person on time to do the work, and finished the job exactly when he said they would. They were both professional and cleaned up all the dust created from the sanding. The price charged was very close to the estimate and the floors look amazing.
