We are your local neighborhood Hyundai Dealership offering New and Certified Pre-Owned vehicles for sales. We provide Auto Service 6 days a week. Our Service Department is open Monday thru Friday 7 - 5:30 and Saturday by appointment from 7:30 - 4 pm. Our New and Pre-Owned Sales Departments are open 7 days a week Monday thru Friday from 9 - 9, Saturday 9-6, Sunday 11 - 5.

The car had low mileage, 10,000 miles. The fact that they claim that I needed new front brakes, and it was not under warranty. I strongly believe they overpriced the job. I had to pay over $700 dollars. Its excessive for an brake job.

Amazing! I dropped in without an apptmt. I was greeted pleasantly. My service order was handled by James, very friendly. I was given a time estimate of 2 hrs and all work was completed in 2 hrs.

I was so dissatisfied with the whole thing; I was very unhappy with it. I also found out the entire service department is on commission, which to me is a conflict of interest. I bought the car there and have been going to them since then. They were taken over by another dealership or were sold so a lot of the personnel seemed to change. They had the head mechanic do the car work himself. He then went over the car and the possibility of anything going wrong with it. He told me I would not have to do more than oil changes for another year. He said nothing was going to go wrong with this car again for about another year. He told me this was because all of the things that went wrong with the car are peripheral and were original to the car. Everything seemed to go bad with the car at once. When I got the car back they had taken it to a car wash and cleaned it and everything. I was please with them that they turned it around. The job finally turned out beautiful. They did not do a good job of repairing the auto the first time I took it there and told me they were trying to save me money. It ended up costing me a lot more because I had to pay for a tow. I had always had the work done there in the past and I had always been happy with it. I was not going to buy another car from them, but now I am considering buying a new one. I have not decided yet. It is a nice, clean place.

To make a long story short, AFTER GETTING TOTALLY RIPPED OFF AT MID ISLAND HYUNDAI IN CENTEREACH, we took our car to 112 Hyundai service department and we had everything repaired the way it should have in the first place, no charge under warranty.
Hyundai Motor America Investigated and agreed with us that we got TOTALLY RIPPED OFF AT MID ISLAND HYUNDAI IN CENTEREACH, that they recommended we get totally refunded our $400. They commented how unusual it was for this to happen but even they could not believe the blatancy of the charges. Only after this long dispute did Mid Island Hyundai refund our $400.

They didn't seem very knowledgeable either about what they were doing. Their prices are expensive and they did not give me a feeling of confidence when they were telling about repair work that they said I needed that I actually didn't need like for example they said I need a brakes but I don't need brakes just that sort of thing and ndash; while we were checking it out we found this and we found that sort of thing and I never go back there again.

They are very good. They are very organized. You can make an appointment through the internet. You do have to wait, but that's wherever you go. I have had it serviced there for years. Whenever there is a problem they take care of it.
