Fish Window Cleaning

Called him, he came the same night for an estimate, made a time and date, he showed on time. Spent about 5 hours doing the job. He never took a break and was very professional. Seemed to like his job.

He reccommended more work on the chimney. We agreed to an additional $250  for chimey repair but said no to the $500 roof cleaning.

Aside from trying to upgrade our $100 gutter cleaning the roof job was okay. We did agree to what he suggested.
My major complaint was the window cleaning. I thought I would treat myself to the cleaning of the large windows in our living room
which require me to use a ladder. I didn't inspect the job when he was finished because it didn't occur to me that he could do such a sloppy job. When he brought the sponge down he stopped four inches from the bottom leaving all the dirty soap on display. He also missed the sides and left streaks.
  I didn't call to reschedule because they needed to fixed immediately because of house guests arriving. I paid $100 for seven large windows that I had to re-do anyway.

They removed all debris,swept and left property cleaner then when they started. House is 3 stories in back.

Very pleased overall and I will hire them next time. What a difference. I shouldn't have put off a window cleaning for so long.
If you have any very large picture windows just inspect the interior of each before they leave, in case a spot was missed.

When we met with the salesperson for the estimate we scheduled the cleaning appointment for several days later. We told him that my husband had a doctor appointment we would need to schedule the cleaning for later in the day. He said that would be fine. I believe the time we decided was 11 am. The day before the appointment I received a voicemail indicating that they would be coming at 9 am. I called & left a message that, as previously discussed, this was not possible. I received an immediate call back. I told this person that if the workers wanted to get here at 9 & start working outside, it would be fine & that we would be back from the doctor by 10:30. He said that's what they would do. The next day they had not arrived by 11 so I called & was told that they would arrive soon since they were coming from another job. I would have appreciated if this had been communicated to me.
The workers came in & immediately put shoe coverings on to keep my floors clean which was appreciated. I don't remember how many men came but it was quite a few, 6 or 8. They worked for a very long time, I believe it was about 4 hours. As they were getting ready to leave my husband indicated that they had missed a window (actually it had been done, but not well) so they redid it.
The job was ok although I did find several places where there were stripes from the squeegee.

As I said before, I was not fuss no muss. Overall it was a great experience.

Called company for estimate.  Set up date for estimate. Rep from company came as scheduled for estimate.  Work performed quickly on appointed day. Workers professional and friendly.  Would use again.

I got a coupon from Groupon and that is how I connected with them. It was a pleasant experience. They were polite and professional and they did a good job. It was clean and they didn't make a mess. The owner is very nice. It was what I expected.
