At the onset of the job, they did a good job on replacing the supporting posts. They disposed of the old ones. Unfortunately, the second step in the process was not of good quality. They used a cheap paint. The men applied one coat on the bare wood. It began chipping and not adhering to the wood immediately. I have attempted to leave messages on the answering machine with no return calls. When I have stopped by their business, there has been no one at the location. When I have reached them by telephone, they will state excuses on the reason for not returning. There reply is they will come over to correct the job. It has been several months and there has been no sign of them.
