Appliance Repair
It was absolutely terrible. They required me to pay cash and I paid them ahead for a part and they can't get the part. Now they won't return my money. They are absolutely totally not reputable and I'm going to take them to small claims court. The incident started in November 2010 and it is still an ongoing issue. They want to refurbish the part and there is no guarantee on the part. I spoke to Thermador and it is like $300 for a refurbished part. It is a whole mess and they are dishonest. The red flag should have gone up when they required me to pay by check or credit card.
