The job went very well.  I had a complete gut job done and John found problems that wouldn't have been identified if I hadn't decided on a complete gut.  A prior renovation by a different construction company left many problems.  Studs had to be replaced that were rotted out due to water getting to them for poor installation of the tub, plumbing had to be corrected as well.
John installed a new window, raised the radiators, installed an exhaust fan, and had the plumbing issues fixed.  The tile work done in the tub area and on the floor is beautiful.  My bathroom is absolutely beautiful.  John is very courteous, professional and neat.  Everyday when he finished, he would pick up after himself and vacuum. I would definitely recommend him, in fact, I am having him come back to do a renovation on a half bath in the spring.

All went well. John and his crew were prompt, courteous and friendly. The new roofing was completed the same day. All immediate property (flower beds, driveway, porch etc.) was covered with tarps and canvas to protect them. A board was put against the house for the old shingles etc. to slid into the truck bed for removal. A sensor light had been bent in the downward position when they did this and was broken. John replaced it with a new light the next day. I was very pleased with his work and am having him renovate my main bathroom in the fall. The price he quoted me was the price I paid, no added costs. He provides a contract stating what he will do and how much it will cost.

He is very professional and does good work. He cleans up well and goes the extra mile for you.

We had the first floor of the house completely renovated and this contractor was recommended to us - so after three estimates - he was the most thorough and responded to every phone call quickly. He was on the job every day and went above and beyond what we expected. After the job was finished; he had his crew clean the windows and floors and dust. Very professional and honest. I would definitely recommend him and if we ever need work done again; he is the contractor we would want to do the work.
