"HI [Member Name Removed] i am sorry u feel the way you do about the job there was a half inch space around tub cause there is a lip that goes around tup that is supposed to be flush to the wall studs and the tub wasn't , ( i did not install the tub), so if i had put the cement board all the way to tub the cement board would not be flush to wall studs and the tile when installed would not be flush to cement board when installed with would lead to the tiles popping off wall as time went on . that half inch space should have been filled in with thin set when tile was installed so tile would be flush to wall As of the window being wavy and nails holes not being spackled that you pointed out , the job was not complete at that time , i was well aware of those issues before you pointed them out and and it was going to be taken care of before job was complete without you pointing them out to me The space between the ceiling and wall was not an issue at time of job , cause your exact words to me at that time was you had talked to tile guy and he said it would not be an issue , other wise i would ave taken care of it , at time of estimate again your exact words to me were you know it was old house and nothing was level and straight and understood it was not going to be perfect , if you wanted to reframe the wall and ceiling you and your partner should have communicated to each other a little more before estimate and and decided on exactly what you wanted done , or brought it to my attention and i would have adjusted the cost of job and gave you new estimate , not waited to job was complete and paid in full and then without contacting me , post a bad review When job was complete there was no issues , i did everything that you asked, that was in estimate and paid me to do , you paid me in full shook my hand and said everything looked great( your exact words ) if there where any issues or you where not happy with job , it was never brought to my attention , and again paid me in full and said everything looked great"
