As bad as it could get. I was told by Ray that a new thermostat was needed he would order the part and install it when it came in. He wanted$648. I gave him half and told him I would pay the rest after it was fixed.2 days later he came to install the part, but here's the deal with a refrigerator you don't know if it's fixed for many hours after you've paid for the work. I got lucky he forgot to take the second check with him. You can guess the rest it wasn't fixed it was still running warm . He tried to come by and pick up the check . I told him I wanted my first $340. Returned and would take him to small claims. This guy operates under many names out here in the hamptons. Fast Applience Repair, AAA action Applience repair and a few others, they all have the same address but different phone numbers. One other thing he could come by immediately to do the work . Good honest guys out here are a little backed up, not this guy. .
