Not well at all.

We decided to buy a new washer and called the next day, Sunday 6/24/2012.  The manager, Larry told us he would send a check for the difference between the service call $125.  Never sent check for motor which was canceled.  Will not take our calls.

I called home depot and paid $135.00, a new  control panel.  I changed it myself, however this did not fix the problem.   The next morning I awakened to a furnace that was not working.   After I  replaced a thermostat at the not working zone, and replaced the thermal coupling. At loss for anything else that I could do  I called a second repairman.  He determined that the flu damper was not opening which caused the burners not to light.  He charged me $75.00 for his service all. The furnace is working just fine now.

If I had called the second repairman initially my total expenditure would have been $75.00.    Instead,  the guy from Fast Appliance Service deceived me with bad information which cost me

If i had paid him $650.00 that he asked it would have been a greater loss.

My refrigerator stopped working and they were the only company I could get to come on the holiday. They showed up at 11PM and insisted that I pay cash for the base service call. the repairman was nice and "fixed" the refrigerator. Whe. I returned to the house 2weeks later it was not working again. When I called this time, they were totally non-responsive and told me they would call to m a time. I had to call them and am told the will "try" to have someone here between 12-11PM. Oi have no confidence T all this will turn out other than horribly!

It was twice as much as I would have spent somewhere else. They had a warranty on the washer and dryer and the washer is leaking and the dryer isn't drying as it should. I called them to come out and service our recently purchased appliances, but I have yet to receive a response, after 6 attempts. They also go by other names such as: Checkmate Appliance, All Brand Appliance, and Reliant.

Told me in 7 days they would be back with my part. It took 2 months. They cancelled 7 times. Larry (owner) cursed at me over the phone. When they got here, they didn't have the part. I didn't have a stove for 2 months. They did eventually end up fixing it. They push clients to give them cash. When they didn't come for weeks, they refused to give me a refund. I don't recommend anyone use them.

This has been horrid. This should have been a simple repair of a keypad on a dishwasher, but it has ended up with with a tech that has had to come back more than three times, rude office staff -they don't call when you are on the schedule to let you know when they might show up, and they usually don't call back to let you know you've been taken off the schedule. We paid for labor & parts prior to the repair, which was a huge mistake. After the tech took both the brand new parts he had replaced as well as the main circuit board for repair, we have been unable to get them back here to complete the (paid for) work. We've reported them to the BBB, where they have had over 73 complaints with no resolution (under the phone number 631.588.0191), as well as the Suffolk County Consumer Affairs department. I wish my husband had checked the latter -they are the number one worst business listed on there. It looks like it is time for small claims court. Oh, yea -the manager at the Centerrea.

They were very rude because we had not left out the $125 cash with our daughter when they called so they told her they'd come back with "a part". They called to ensure we had $125 ready. We thought they had looked at dishwasher and it needed some part and we had $125 ready for them. They had no part with them. They didn't really look at the dishwasher, but just opened the door on it and quoted likely cost of $400 for new pump etc., so that we wouldn't go any further and they pocket $125 just for turning up. They are to be avoided at all costs. Their invoice also shows "Checkmate Appliance" and "Reliance Appliance". They just want $125 call out fee and perhaps to sell you a new dishwasher. Blatant crooks.

MY EXPERIENCE WITH THIS COMPANY WENT VERY WELL. THEY WERE NICE ENOUGH TO COME OUT TO MY HOUSE ON A HOLIDAY. THEY DID A GREAT JOB. THE PRICE WAS VERY GOOD.
