"This is not accurate at all, we never went over budget and the pool was built to plans. The town of Southold approved to pool to be built on the side of the house. This is not allowed in the town of Southold, and when they caught their mistake we had to relocate the pool, but it was never redesigned."

"Excellent job! Everything was right on. this is a unfortunate situation, this customer had never hired us to service his pool only to do a 1 time opening. We do regular service to many pools, this has never been one, not sure where this is coming from. We renovated and replaced this swimming pools liner last year and had received high ratings and the best compliments. Now that I think about it, the pool water prior to the liner change last year was a thick green pee soup. keeping a pool clean all summer long is not always an easy thing, it requires professionals. We are here to help if needed, but weekly service requires a signed contract."
