I?ve been doing business with Puccio Electric (www.puccioelectriccontractinginc.com) ever since I hired them to do all the electrical work on my house when it was being built over 10 years ago.  With the various jobs I hired Puccio Electric to do over the years, I am consistently impressed with their honesty, professionalism, reliability, customer service, and quality of work.  They are always concerned with making sure the job is done correctly and that the customer is taken care of.  I never realized how far they would go to ensure their customers were taken care of until one day I hired them to do extensive electrical work on the house.  Upgrading the main breaker panels and outside meters was a major project.  I had to be away on business, so I was not home most of the time the work was being done (yes, I trust them to the point where they have the keys to my house).  While I was away, Mark Puccio, was at the house working on the project and smelled what he thought was a gas leak.  He and his team searched the house looking for this leak.  While doing so, the gas dryer was looked at and in the process the dryer was damaged.  It was an old dryer and could not be fixed. Unfortunately, I was out of the country and could not be reached.  Thankfully it was determined that there was no gas leak, but because there was damage done to the dryer, Mark took it upon himself to replace the dryer, at no cost to me.  When I got home, not only was the project completed to my satisfaction, but I also had a new dryer.  What impressed me most, aside from the fact that he replaced my 10 year old dryer with a new one, but he replaced it with a new top of the line unit!!   If anyone is looking for a company who will treat you right, then you will not be disappointed with Puccio Electric.
