 + -1 moreHe tuned up the air conditioning system. He's not cheap but he's very good. I like his responsiveness. If I call him and he comes. Even if he has to come home before he eats dinner, he'll stop and make sure the work is done. He's gotta a nice staff of people who come and work but if the staff is busy elsewhere then he'll do it himself after hours and so forth. So the responsiveness is a "A+". The quality of the work is good. He uses only high quality materials. If he fixes it, it works. If it doesn't he gets back and makes sure it does. He's very good.
