Arthur Copeland's cleaning services removed a stain on my upholstered sofa. I needed to have the stain removed in an expedited manner as I was having guests over for the thanksgiving holiday. The courteous staff member, Marc, ensured me that the job would be scheduled and completed in a timely manner. In fact it was accomplished a few days before my guests were scheduled to arrive.
Recently, I brought another valuable item to the Arthur Copeland store. I have had a designer jacket for several years and did not trust anyone to clean it as it's worth is valued at approximately $1,800. After my first few experiences with them I immediately trusted Arthur Copeland's professional staff. The jacket looks great!
