This has been one of the worst experiences I have ever had with an online company.  Stay away from this company.  They advertise great prices but do not deliver actual appliances.  My order was placed 3-10-15 and still have not received any appliances over 2.5 months later.  They offer zero communication about your order except for a receipt when they charge your credit card 2.5 months before the appliances ship, or don't ship in this instance.  Every time I call they tell me it will definitely ship out the next week.  This has been going on for over a month.  Still no appliances and no actual ship date besides it will ship next week.  The only excuse I get out of them for why this hasn't shipped is because the stove was special order and takes 3-6 weeks to get.  That's all well and good but its been almost 12 weeks.  I called Wolf to check to see what kind of backlog they have and they told me they currently have no backlog and stoves are going out in 3-4 weeks.  All I can say is stay away, hopefully I can get a refund without too much trouble and find a reputable dealer.
