The quality of their work is amazing. They are very high end builders as far as finished work in the house is concerned. Anything I needed attention to once I got here was taken care of by them. They are a very good company to work with. They are very busy and as such it took them quite a while to get here when I needed a couple of things done. I would use them again in the future.

We met with several builders before finding Dave Zellar and we knew immediately we'd found the person to build our home. Throughout the entire process Dave, and his professional, experienced team of craftsmen listened to our needs and plans, and then worked diligently to find ways to make those ideas become reality. Dave used his years of experience to offer advice, and alternatives, to make our plan and our home even better. Dave always respected our opinions and ideas. His calm manner gave us continued confidence throughtout every aspect of building our new home. Zellar Homes crew always kept the job as their number one priority, working conscientiously and with great pride, no matter if it was freezing cold, or blazing sun. You often hear "horror" stories of people building a house. However, we could not have asked for a better experience. Dave maintained a constant, well-trained eye on the costs and the work being done. Plus, he could always find a solution to any surprises that popped up. In the end, the quality and craftsmanship reflected in our custom built home far exceeded our initial hopes. We will always appreciate the hard work, dedication, effort, craftsmanship, and flexibility Dave, and his sales specialist, Robin Curtis, put into making our house a beautiful home. We have now lived in our home for almost two years, and we are still thrilled with the experience, and the final result of all our combined efforts.
