Landscaping
Paid around $300 for a quarter pallet of stone to be delivered to my house for a project. Was told delivery would be in 24 to 48 hours - I only live a mile away. Never heard from them. 4 days later I called and they said they didn't know when they could deliver it. I asked for a refund. There was no explanation, no follow-up call about the delivery, no apology. It's almost like they don't want you as a customer.

Not well.very hard to get them back to fix stuff.I have a 5 year warranty on side walk and told them about some of the bricks being lose or have sank.
