Slightly difficult to reach at times. But overall, professional, efficient and accommodating. I had faulty ADT thermostats that needed to be repaired / replaced. Wendy was friendly and quick to get me an appointment to fix the problems. Quite literally saving the day after I needed a thermostat replaced in the heat wave -- just before weekend guests were arriving. Technicians were friendly and quick to fix the problem.

Called for a plumbing emergency and was met with the most unprofessional and disrespectful team imaginable. A man named Dale answered, made a handful of cross remarks to my wife, and then hung up. I would give them zero stars if it were possible.

I called to schedule the appointment and had to wait 5 days for Huber to get back to me. Wendy, Huber's scheduler, eventually set me up for April 21 at 8 a.m., after saying they'd been very busy so she couldn't get back to me sooner. So 8 a.m. comes and goes with no Huber; ditto 8:15 and 8:30 a.m. Wendy calls me at 8:35 a.m. and says "I forget. Did I set up an appointment for you today?" I remind her of the 8 a.m. appointment they"d already missed. She tells me the plumbers had to deal with "an emergency for a good customer (so what am I, a "bad" customer?) and won't be able to fit me in so we have to reschedule. Bottom line: don't call Huber Enterprises unless you've got plenty of time and lots of patience. Got a plumbing emergency? Don't call Huber.

They are wonderful. The oil to gas conversion was planned. The leaks, naturally, were unexpected and they responded quickly. They are respectful and clean up after themselves.

From start to finish the job went easily. It took three days to complete the job with four men.  No diiculties. He used the newest most efficient technology, I am very happy with the job
