Everything was all set to go. It when I switched jobs, which I only did because my loan officer said it should be fine since it met all the criteria. Everything became a sh*t show. Suddenly, they were picky of the job even though it was the same work, they wanted to know about the union, then got some info from the job that really did t make a difference to me financially. So I switched lenders, and these spiteful, unprofessional folks withheld transferring the xml files for my appraisal until it was about to expire. I guess they decided if they couldn’t give me a loan, no one would. Absolute crap. Luckily, my seller gave an extension. Such vindictive behavior, I would never refer anyone to them and my loan officer should work somewhere else.

Painful and drawn out. Paperwork was incorrect, I was told to sign anyway. I pushed for a correction and I became a problem. Paperwork I signed was lost. My local rep was nice and very personable, but as company, I was very disappointed.
