Glass and Mirror Service
I was told that glass cutting was only done on certain days; I placed my order and was told to expect a call when it was ready the following week so I could pick it up.The price seemed high, and the wait time was disappointing, but I really needed to repair my window. No one called the following week. When I tried to call the next week, I was unable to reach anyone and the business voice mailbox was full, so I couldn't even leave a message. Eventually I purchased my glass from another business: it was cut to order while I waited, and the charge was roughly half of what Catskill Glass quoted. I'm not sure why anyone would use this business--I would never consider buying anything from them, or recommend them to anyone.

We now have a piece of glass that is non-usable. They said they would "work out a price" for a replacement and never called back.
